The staff in Kitu Kalu is very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a hoodie but the colour of the size I needed was not available in that store. SO, they ordered from another store and delivered to the hotel where I was staying!

Zip of the hoddie

Hi, the hoddies are very nice and warm. Am very happy with its style and material.
However, the zip used are not very good, the first time we used it opened up from the bottom so was a bit disappointed, but this can be improved.
Also would be good to have same hoodies without the fleece and less warm and more colours to give a choice. Very happy with the purchase and fitting.
