Beautiful high quality jackets and even more beautiful customer service!

The colours are vibrant and appealing. The workmanship is excellent, the zip is firm, and the feel luxurious. It looks posh and definitely stands out among other hoodies! I ordered it online together with other items, but it was the only one not delivered, and I was distressed at the prospect of having a back and forth with the company, as is the case with many retailers. I rang the number on my delivery receipt and left a VM, not expecting any response. The very same evening, a top executive rang me, empathised with my situation and promised to get someone to call me the next day to arrange for a hoodie to be sent to my location at no extra cost. It was delivered promptly, and I was very grateful and impressed by the high level of customer care. I chose to order from KK because of their commitment to empowering disadvantaged communities by enabling them to showcase their talents whilst generating income for their families, which in the process restores their dignity. Keep it up!
