Product information
Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all footwear and clothing. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility. Items must be unused and in brand new condition, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Footwear must be unworn, with clean soles, and returned in the original shoebox. Clothing must be unwashed and free from perfume, odour, stains, or alterations.
How to return. Start your request here, or contact support@kitukali.com or WhatsApp +254711208838. Then bring the item(s) to one of our stores or our head office for inspection.
After approval. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 working days. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
