Inspired by the traditional West African "Dashiki" material, the simplistic design is held together by a splash of colour from its special (Maalum) patterned trim. Kenyans are modest in living but outline their lives with colour and an atmosphere of fun in their dress and song. This is highlighted with a simple main pattern and a subtle, yet complexly designed trim.
Hand made in Kenya in limited batches, no two pairs are ever exactly the same. All materials we use are sourced locally, making sure we're impacting communities outside of our workshop.
